The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share
Index closed barely changed on Tuesday, adding 0.01% or 8 points to 78,867.
The top performing sector of the day was Utility Service Providers (+1.91%)
which was also the most traded with volume of IRR 89 billion (approx. USD 2.3
million). Transportation & Logistics (-1.39%) was the biggest faller
among the major sectors. Today the shares with the most impact on the
All-Share Index were Mobin Petrochemical Co. (MOBN +3.19%), Islamic Republic
of Iran Shipping Lines (KSHJ -1.62%) and Mobile Telecommunication Co. of Iran
(HRMZ +0.50%). The highest daily volume among individual stocks was posted
by Mobin Petrochemical Co. with IRR 89 billion (approx. USD 2.3 million) in
trades. Due to lower volumes in debt securities and block trades, the
market’s total traded value fell to IRR 1,000 billion (approx. USD 27
million), one of the lowest for the month and 9% down from yesterday.
TSE30 Index
The
TSE30 index of the thirty largest companies by market capitalization closed
unchanged from yesterday at 3,056. The highest growth was recorded by Mobin
Petrochemical Co. (MOBN +3.19%), while Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping
Lines (KSHJ -1.62%) dropped the most. Total trading volume for the index rose
42% to IRR 274 billion (approx. USD 7 million), boosted mainly by increased
trading in Mobin Petrochemical Co.
