We give you the unique opportunity to avoid the race traffic in and around Cheltenham racecourse by starting your journey at Toddington railway station and taking our magnificent steam train directly to the back of the main Grandstand at Cheltenham Racecourse. You will miss all of the traffic and congestion! The steam train can be purchased on its own or can be coupled with one of our VIP hospitality packages at a 25% discount.

Our Racegoers Hospitality & Steam Train package offers great value for money for the 2016 Cheltenham Festival. The package includes our magnificent return steam train transfer from Toddington railway station directly to the back of the main grandstand at Cheltenham Racecourse & hospitality within a well positioned marquee. A 2 course buffet and light afternoon tea is included and you can have a private table for any number of guests. Guinness Grandstand seats can be added to give you a reserved and elevated seat for the racing.

The position of our flagship marquee is without doubt one of the best in the Tented Village, being one of the first marquees you approach as you walk past the Guinness Grandstand. Having our marquee near the front of the tented village means our clients can access the Paddock, Grandstand and viewing areas of the extremely easily. Full hospitality including a Champagne reception, four course luncheon, full afternoon tea and complimentary bar is included. Our celebrity tipster will also be on hand to give his expert advice on the day's racing.

Superior Box Hospitality. From £399.00

The Superior boxes are regarded as the best boxes outside of the main Grandstand. The boxes look up the back straight of the racecourse to your left and offer views of the final two fences to your right. We can offer private boxes for groups of 10, 24, 26 & 40 guests with shared boxes also available. The Superior boxes have outside viewing balconies offering magnificent views of the racing. Full VIP hospitality is also included.

We are delighted to be able to offer a unique opportunity for hospitality for any number of guests within a shared suite in the main Grandstand. From the suite you can enjoy full VIP hospitality before making your way down to the Members area where you will view the racing from your own private reserved seats located directly overlooking the winning post.

Private Main Grandstand Boxes

We have private 12 & 16 seater boxes located within the main Grandstand for all four days of the 2016 Cheltenham Festival. The boxes overlook the rear of the racecourse but come with reserved members seats located directly overlooking the winning post. To access your seats, you have a very short walk down to Level 3 to experience your perfect view of the racing. In addition, there is a short walk to a balcony overlooking the parade ring to give you the best of both worlds. Full VIP hospitality is included.
