TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 0.75% at 1,367,248. Paper Products (+8.55%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Industrial Conglomerates (-2.66%). Automotive (+0.16%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 24,883 billion (approx. USD 99 million). Social Security Investment Co. (TAMN -4.73%) National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI +3.83%) and Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +3.80%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Social Security Investment Co. (TAMN -4.73%) was the most traded stock with IRR 16,241 billion (approx. USD 64 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 156,182 billion (approx. USD 622 million), down 21% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 71,583 for a gain of 1.69%. The biggest riser was Khouzestan Steel Co. (FKAS +4.35%) while Civil Pension Fund Inv. Co. (SAND -3.58%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 62,155 billion (approx. USD 247 million), down 34% from the previous trading session. |
