Dear President of the South African Students Congress (SASCO) and Secretary General,

This's a message of support from Gaza students to South Africa students, Amandla!

23.10.2015 : Besieged Gaza, Occupied Palestine

Receive heartfelt greetings from the Palestinian Students' Campaign for the Academic Boycott of Israel (PSCABI).

News of your intensified struggle for free quality education has reached us, we write this letter to pledge our unreserved solidarity with your #FeesMustFall campaign and your call for free quality education.

When we see your resilience and resolve on the picket lines, we become re-energised in our own quest for self-determination and freedom; we become more determined than ever to reject and resist the brutal Israeli military occupation and apartheid we are living under.

South Africa and its people have always been a source of strength and inspiration to us, Palestinians; you gave us hope when you became one of the very first people internationally to speak openly and without fear about the need to intensify an academic boycott of Israel. You did this despite the fact that you had your own local struggles on campuses that you were fighting.

Your display of courage and bravery continues to inspire us. Your struggle is an inspiration to all of us here in Palestine.

We send you strength from Occupied Palestine.

Your struggle is our struggle.

AMANDLA!
