After nearly three years of development, Ireland's first Code of Practice for Good Governance of Community, Voluntary and Charitable (CVC) Organisations will be launched.
The Code was developed by a Working Group of 11 organisations, including eight charities.
Over 150 charities have already committed to adopting the Code.
Good governance means an organisation will design and put in place policies and procedures that will make sure the organisation runs effectively.
