Philately is a topic one hardly hears discussed in Ghana. In this film, however, the Otolith Group examines and weaves the story around the indirect connectedness of newly independent African states including Ghana through state commissioned stamps, unstable political conditions and Pan Africanist views.
This will culminate the annual exhibition programme on the topic of independence-
