Saturday 6th - Escape room – 3-4 pm - The Winery Mystery Escape Room ! When you arrive, your Clue Master will explain the challenge and the rules. Upon entering the room with your team, the doors are locked behind you. One hour is set on the clock and you must work together as a team in order to find clues, solve puzzles and complete the story that will lead to your escape!
Saturday 13th – Stoneware Workshop in the Social Arts Studio – 1-4 pm - In these classes we will help you create a beautiful Stoneware dish in our Social Arts Studio. Stoneware pieces are Microwave, Dishwasher and best yet OVEN safe! We have Plates, Mugs, Bowls, Ramekins, Au Gratin Dishes, Pizza Stones and more! We will Fire these in our on site Kiln and have them shipped to you for use in your Kitchen at home!
Saturday 20th – Cooking workshop – Claremont Appetizers - 2-4 pm - If you have been to the Inn, then you Know about Claremont Appetizers. If you haven’t, you are in for a treat! In this workshop you will learn how to make an assortment of different appetizers from delicious Puff Pastries to decadent Bruschetta, the possibilities are endless!
Saturday 27th – Cooking Class – Northern Italian – 1-5 pm - A hands on Cooking Class at the Claremont Inn. These events are packed with tips, techniques and incredible food. The northern Italian Class will have you rolling out homemade Pasta, making Cheese, searing Meat, and making an incredible dinner for everyone in attendance to dine on! Breakfast is deliciously fun at the inn. We serve a full, hot breakfast every morning: a hot egg dish, freshly-baked muffins made from scratch, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and milk. In sunny weather, you may want to enjoy a group breakfast together in our pretty garden. We also serve breakfast individually to each suite in a big picnic basket – your choice! Lunch and dinner plans can be made at many nearby restaurants, ranging from “down home” family fare to formal dining. Many restaurants have private dining rooms if you want to laugh and visit to your heart’s content. You are welcome to order pizzas or other take-out to eat in our gardens in the evening. Exclusive use of all of our parking, indoor and outdoor spaces is yours when booking the entire inn. Our family has been in Colorado since the time of pioneers, and we are happy to use our experience to help you plan your activities. We’ll be happy to help you plan a list of fun things to do whether it’s hiking, fishing, visiting our mountain zoo, seeing museums or taking the Cog Railway up Pikes Peak. While you will probably all have cell phones or cameras, it is nice to have professional photos, too. Innkeeper Sally is a professional photographer, so a reunion bonus is a free photo session. We enjoy seeing holiday cards from our guests that include their family photos that we have taken for them. Photos are given to you on a flash drive, and you will own the copyright.
