New In The Shop

   

What!?! That doesn't look like yarn!! We are now carrying ArchRavels, a board game about knitting and crochet. Join Robyn and company as we play through a game live on Facebook at 4pm this Thursday (April 15.) We love this game and are so excited to share it with our community of knitters and crocheters. The game plays 2-4 players ages 8+ and is fun regardless of your experience with the fiber arts (though knitters and crocheters will find extra enjoyment in all the silly jokes hidden within the game.)

Reminiscent of April showers, without the gloom, April's Crazy Beautiful Yarn Club color is here!! We have this colorway in the Super Silky base as well as some of their 20g Practically Perfect Smalls. Best part- April Showers mean May Flowers so there is something fun coming. 

If the Emma's color of the month wasn't enough, we have lots of new Mad Tosh in some amazingly saturated colors. We ordered lots of brights and neutrals in Tosh Sock, Tosh Merino Light and Vintage for you to drool over- good thing we all have to wear masks. Seriously though, the pictures do not do these colors justice.

For April's shop KAL, we are knitting the Temperance Shawl by Malabrigo with Malabrigo Sock or Mechita. Temperance is a three color asymmetrical shawl with simple, yet elegant detailing, it is the perfect combination of mindless and interesting to keep you going. 

 

The shawl knits up on a US6 needle and uses 3 skeins of Malabrigo's Sock and/or Mechita yarn, which we have exclusive KAL color kits for, but if that yarn doesn't fit your style we have several other compatible yarns for this pattern.

 

All ReBelle knit alongs are free and open to the public. You are welcome to attend as many or as few of the KAL sessions as you like. The pattern can be found on Ravelry or you can print it in the shop.

We host a virtual stitch-in on Zoom every Tuesday evening (7-9pm) that are free and open to the public. Community is important and we found that these virtual meetups are a great way to fight cabin fever and to connect with other crafters. Plus, if you find yourself stuck on a project, there will always be someone there to help you out. All stitch-ins are free, join us every Tuesday at 7pm!!
