November 2015
Simple. Organized. Life-Changing.
Forte Organizers helps individuals and families stay organized at home, as well as teaching business people organization skills at work.
In The News...

Check out this great advice from Lori in her most recent Dayton Daily News Articles:
There's A Squirrel...

If you’re easily distracted at the office, look for ways to reduce clutter in an effort to stay focused on important matters.

Review everything you have posted on your bulletin board, anything you have taped to your walls or the Post-it notes framing your computer screen.  How many of these items are still relevant?

Look for items that are outdated and remove them. Keeping unnecessary papers visible makes it difficult to focus on those things you need in view.

Give Extras The Heave-ho...

When you open your mail, recycle or shred the items you don’t need immediately. Get out of the habit of looking at something then folding it up and putting it back in the envelope. Instead, recycle or shred the envelope it came in and any inserts you don’t need. Unfold everything you’re keeping and paperclip or staple items that need to stay paired.

By following this tip, you’ll save time by not reopening the envelope and unfolding the contents again to see what’s inside.

You’ll also find your paperwork faster because you’re reducing the amount of papers left on your desk or counter.

Time To Give Back...

November 11 is Veterans Day. As a way for us to say thank you to the brave men and women who serve our country, we are awarding a veteran some free organizing hours.

If you know a veteran who deserves some help getting organized, nominate him or her for our Veterans Day contest. All you have to do is email us at Info@ForteOrganizers.com with the reasons why the veteran you have chosen is in need of our services.

Your nominee must live within the Greater Dayton area. Please include your complete contact information and submit entries by November, 23, 2015.

The winner will be announced in our next newsletter. Help one lucky veteran start their New Year with something checked off their list.

One More Thing...

“Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.” ~Oprah

Happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy a day of good food, family and friends.

Long distance hugs to those in the military who will not be home with their families for the holiday. Thank you for your incredible sacrifice.
