Member Services:
Provides reception, assists in new customer orientations and education, answers questions, addresses special needs, and generally ensures a positive consumer experience. The Member Services Associate is the customer’s primary source for information regarding policies and procedures, both internally and in regards to local and state marijuana legislation.
Minimum Requirements:
• One year or more experience in customer service
• Ability to quickly familiarize with relevant state laws and customers’ rights
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer operating skills; working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion to serve people with debilitating conditions
• Excellent communication and organization skills
Dispatch:
Provides excellent over the phone service. Assisting customers with setting up deliveries, showing excellent product knowledge, and answering general inquires. Organizes delivery routes using delivery software, filling out tracking log and trip plans.
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer operating skills; advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail
• Able to: lift and carry at least 50 lbs.; reach arms above head; stand for up to eight hours a day
• Knowledge of marijuana strains and delivery forms
Delivery:
responsible for delivering products from the dispensary customers’ homes. Drivers are essentially a mobile cannabis consultant. Providing the best in customer care.
Minimum Requirements:
• Proof of clean driving record (available at DMV for $7)
• Proof of valid automobile insurance.
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer operating skills; advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail
• Able to: lift and carry at least 50 lbs.; reach arms above head; stand for up to eight hours a day
• Knowledge of medical marijuana strains and delivery forms
Inventory Associate:
Fills & expedites orders in a timely fashion. Counting counts, Inventory Associates work with supply chain vendors to make sure that inventory is accurate, on shelves and well-stocked. They are record keepers for materials, report creators and supply trackers. Ensuring quality control & product safety.
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer operating skills; advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail
• Able to: lift and carry at least 50 lbs.; reach arms above head; stand for up to eight hours a day
• Knowledge of marijuana strains and delivery forms
Cannabis Consultant:
Ensures excellent customer service, provides effective customer consultations, and ensures the distribution of only quality products to customers. The Cannabis Consultant assesses the individual needs of customers, provides superior product knowledge, and conducts sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Minimum Requirements:
• One year or more prior experience in retail sales or similar environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of marijuana strains and applications
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer operating skills
• Basic math skills
• Passion to serve and help people
Safety Associate:
Works within the security team in implementing security policies and procedures for the dispensary, customers, staff and visitors. Acts as a visible resource for the responsible and secure operation of the dispensary, interacting with customers and staff in a positive manner, while maintaining compliance with dispensary rules of conduct and local regulations
Minimum Requirements:
• Previous experience in security, military, retail loss prevention law enforcement highly desirable
• Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to state statutes
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Computer literate (MS Office products)
• Will be subject to pre-employment drug testing and extensive background check (Local, State, Federal)
• Able to stand/sit/walk for long periods of time
• Scheduling flexibility
