Dear Families,
We are SO excited to have students back in our classrooms! We have had a wonderful first week back at Daisy Brook. Our students are settling into routines and procedures and getting to know their teachers and classmates. I am impressed by how helpful, polite, and kind our kids are! Kudos to you parents!
As we settle into our schedules, please review your child's after school plans with them if there is a change to their normal routine. You can always contact your child's teacher to make them aware of any changes that need to take place after the school day has started.
If you are having your Daisy Brook student walk over to be picked up at Pathfinder, please pick up your Pathfinder student from the drop and go line. After you pick up your student, pull into our front circle lot, park your car in a parking space closest to the road, and wait for your Daisy Brook student to walk over to your parked car.
Next week we begin MAP testing. Your child's teacher should be reaching out to you with a specific schedule for the classroom. Our students will take the Reading test next week and Math tests the following week. These tests are important as we use this information to help plan instruction for our kids. Encourage your child to put forth their best effort on these tests.
