REMINDER: Former President of South Africa Kgalema Motlanthe speaking at #IsraeliApartheidWeek event this Sunday 5 March
Former President of South Africa, Cde. Kgalema Motlanthe, will participate in a panel discussion titled “Reflections on Palestine” as part of this year’s #IsraeliApartheidWeek campaign.
Motlanthe, former Secretary General of the ANC as well as former Deputy President and President of the Republic of SA, will speak at a public event this Sunday 5 March at 10h30. The event is in Johannesburg at Constitution Hill - the location of South Africa’s highest court, the Constitutional Court.
Other speakers at the event include Reverend Edwin Arrison (Chairperson of South Africa’s National Coalition 4 Palestine
) and Professor Farid Esack (BDS South Africa). There will also be a poetry input by Karishma Magama. The chair of the event is Nomantu Nkomo Ralehoko, Chairperson of Committees at the Gauteng Provincial Legislature.

This event forms part of the 13th Israeli Apartheid Week
campaign.
