TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index ended the week with further gains, adding 0.64% to close at 89,339. The top performing sector was Metallic Ore (+3.83%), while Cement (-0.79%) %) led fallers. Base Metals (+2.48%) was the most traded sector with IRR 461 billion (approx. USD 11.2 million) of trades. The top positive movers of the index were Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +2.65%), Golgohar Mining and Industrial Co. (GOLG +4.62%) and National Iranian Copper Industries Co. (MSMI +2.03%). Golgohar Mining and Industrial Co. (GOLG +4.62%) was also the most traded stock with volume of IRR 143 billion (approx. USD 5.8 million). In total 1,093 billion securities were exchanged on the TSE for IRR 2,822 billion (approx. USD 69 million), down 36% from yesterday.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the thirty largest companies by market capitalization closed at 3,757, up 1.29% from the previous trading session. Golgohar Mining and Industrial Co. (GOLG +4.62%) was the biggest gainer among the top 30s, while Tehran Oil Refining Co. (PTEH -1.82%) fell the most. Total traded value of the top 30s reached IRR 940 billion (approx. USD 23 million), down 19.6% from yesterday. |
