In 2015 Dr. Larry Davis issued his report titled Pittsburgh's Racial Demographic outlining inequalities suffered by Black Pittsburghers; in 2019 Pitt's Gender Equity Commission issued another Report highlighting Black Women's high rates of maternal and infant mortality; in 2021 Dr. Ralph Bangs issued his Report titled Pittsburgh's Deplorable Black Living Conditions again highlighting worsening Conditions for Black People in Allegheny County.
