On Sunday June 23, 2019, a brand new sculpture by Nick Ervinck was unveiled at the Boekenplein in Waregem. For the city of Waregem, the artist created RETMONER, an impressive sculpture of 4.40 meters high in lacquered steel. The sculpture was given a permanent place in front of the library, which was built in 2016, designed by Robbrecht and Daem architects and Goedefroo + Goedefroo architects.

The Nick Ervinck – Henry Moore cabinet will be presented in the library of Waregem during the period from 10 October to until the 10th of December 2019. The library is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm.

Curated by Patrick Ronse.
