The New Pittwater Offshore Web Site is coming!

After many months of preparation the new web site is nearly ready. This site will have many new functions. In particular the ability for individuals to add, change or delete text and images from their 'special' page. In the business, this is called CMS, or Content Management Systems

If you represent a special group in the offshore community - for example - the Rural Fire Service - The kindergarten - Roads & Drainage - Arts - Festivals - bushcare - Island Thinking - and many more, or if you, as an individual, would like to be involved, then:

HERE IS AN OFFER YOU CANNOT REFUSE!

On Sunday August 20th, in the Scotland Island Community Centre starting at 10am sharp, you will have the opportunity to learn all the skills necessary to maintain your 'special' bit of the web site. It is really easy! Training will be relaxed and hands on. The event is fully catered for and funded by Pittwater Council. Good notes are available to all participants. General computer questions can also be answered by experts.

If you can use a computer and send and receive emails, then you have the ability!
