Thanks for making the last two BADLEES shows (Overtime and Mauch Chunk Opera House) a huge success! We had a near sell-out in Jim Thorpe. If you didn't get to go, here are two good video's to watch to see what you missed:

Storytellers show with national Recording Artists, MiZ and the Badlees
Thanksgiving Eve – All Ages – Live Album Recording 
Downtown Arts, Wilkes-Barre PA. $5 Door Admission


This Thanksgiving-Eve! See MiZ and the Badlees perform at the historic Downtown Arts Cathedral! Doors at 6:00pm. 

Presented by RiverCommon.org, Storytellers is proudly sponsored by Entercom Communications, 102.3 the Mountain, Wilkes-Barre Publishing, Times-Leader, Citizens Voice, Guide, Weekender, Jumpstart, Diamond City, and Bonners Chevrolet, with support from the bands MiZ and the Badlees. 

Proceeds generated from the concert will be directly deposited into the RiverCommon.org fund at the Luzerne Foundation and used to present programming options in the 2012 RiverCommon.org Summer Events Season.

Programs presented by RiverCommon.org are free to the public, all-ages and include: “Jam in the Park” Original-Music Concerts, Outdoor “Under the Stars” Movie Presentations, Fitness Clinics & Dance Classes, Environmental Programs and Educational Workshops. A portion of funding also goes to support the annual River Fest Celebration in June and Children’s Chalk Festival in September.

About RiverCommon.org: The non-profit serves more than 320,000 residents in Luzerne County and aims to “reconnect a city to its river,” by promoting recreation and use of the Susquehanna River and educating the public on Northeastern Pennsylvania’s valuable natural resources & public assets. Over 160,000 people visited the River Common Park in 2010 and over 8,000 participated in RiverCommon.org’s programming season.”
