Dear Camp Director:
It's time to "Leap" in and join our camp fair! The camps on the left are in!
Parents may have seen our ads since January in Metro Kids, or they will see our ad in the upcoming March Clipper magazine. We will also be in and have been in local camp guides in The Courier-Post, The Jewish Voice,The Sun Newspapers-Cherry Hill Sun, Haddonfield Sun, Marlton Sun, Medford Sun, Moorestown Sun, Mt. Laurel Sun, Voorhees Sun, to name a few, or they may catch our ad on The Patch.com in March. Maybe they will see our posting that was sent to 200 local schools.
The camp fair will be held from Noon to 3 p.m. and it is free to the public. You will be provided with a six-foot covered and skirted table, two chairs, and an electrical facility if you desire one.
Free coffee and tea will be provided to all camp personnel beginning around 10 a.m. when set-up time begins. Breakfast/lunch details will be worked out with each hotel
as the time gets closer and if we get small business or
corporate sponsors.
Within a week after the fair you will receive a spreadsheet with the contact information from all families who attended the fairs in which you participated. This is a hot list from which you can solicit campers.
If you have participated in any of our camp fairs this season (Summit, Princeton, East Rutherford, Freehold, East Hanover, Delbarton or Bridgewater) please email Barbara and she will give you the sliding scale discount credit.
