Such a Nasty Woman
A few years back I was reading a book on counter terror forces, back in the day when hijacking airplanes was the main threat, and this special forces book mentioned that they were trained to shoot the women terrorists first. Germany also trained their special forces in the same manner with the idea being that a woman terrorist has strayed so far from a normal woman's mindset that they would be the first to blow up the hostages and the last to surrender. There was even a book written by a woman attempting to debunk this issue but in the end even the woman author admitted that when women go bad they go really, really bad.
Everyone remembers the third debate this year where Trump called Clinton “Such a nasty woman.” in response to one of Clinton’s personal attacks. The left snarled and flogged the statement in a futile effort to add a modicum of enthusiasm to the campaign while the rest of us had a good laugh at the obvious truth to the statement.
But the sentence stuck in my mind because this subject needs discussed, i.e., women in politics and whether or not they are entitled to society’s usual protections for the weaker or more gentle. A functioning society will protect the young, the weak, children, the feeble minded, the ill, the disabled, the elderly, and of course properly behaving women. Notice that only the latter has a qualifier; the properly behaving.
Functioning societies protect women for several reasons. First is the advantage that men have with their physical strength and society has generally asked that men use that difference to defend women rather than dominate them for no other reason that women are the bearer of children and usually the caretakers and without children the tribe has no future. This differentiation of labor frees up men to work, hunt, or otherwise provide resources for both woman and child and for the remainder of the tribe.
Women also were considered inferior to men by most societies in the past so it was a curious mix of protection and enslavement. Aristotle thought that women would bring disorder and evil and were “utterly useless and caused more confusion than the enemy.” Despite a handful of cases where women enjoyed equal rights to men the majority of females lived in patriarchal societies right up till the dawn of the 20th century.
But even in the older societies woman could and did lose their protection by becoming disreputable by either straying from matrimonial loyalty or by becoming too involved in the worldly affairs usually dominated by men. And while today’s women would like to think they are far past such control in reality other women still use the same issues to control other women.
One of the quickest ways to understand women and why Trump got away with calling Clinton a nasty woman is to understand how women generally fight with one another. They tend to use stealth, covert tactics of manipulation and ostracism. Men will be upfront and invite you outside to settle things while women will have frenemies that they keep close so as to sabotage them but while doing so they are required to maintain a well meaning and well behaved façade.
Female aggression is a common theme in art and stories handed down through the generations. The wicked step mother in Cinderella, Snow White, Hansel and Gretel and one Greek playwright wrote “better a serpent than a step mother.” In the 90’s psychologists realized that children were at a higher risk of abuse and neglect if a woman remarried but when a man with children remarried the risk was even higher! And orphaned children were even more at risk with their step mothers when their father died.
During junior high and high school girls learn to form coalitions with other girls and use gossip and ostracism to marginalize other girls thought to be competitors. By attacking another’s personality, character, loyalty, or appearance they believe they lower their victim’s value and raise their own. Social media has honed this clique behavior to a lethal weapon and normal people watch and recoil at the toxicity. Then there is the master manipulator, the Lady Macbeth, that doesn’t cultivate a gang of other females but prefers to broker power out of public sight by using the connections and power of her male relatives.
In the past women mostly worked at home so the transparency brought by working outside the home has chipped away at the thought that women must use covert aggression and propaganda. Even the feminazis are realizing that the glass ceiling might not be supported by the men in the workplace. The fact is that women can be vicious and even more vicious toward their own gender. Women use indirect aggression to get what they want and the ones that master that trade early are more likely to date earlier and have more boyfriends. Those that are bullied by other women are more likely to be depressed, suffer low self esteem, and more likely to commit suicide.
Interestingly enough researchers have found that women in poorer neighborhoods and ghettos are encouraged to actually use physical aggression to compete with other girls. The statistics on crime show that females account for 33% of assaults and 24% of aggravated assaults and that girls are far more likely to attack a boy than another girl but they do openly use physical aggression against their rivals than girls from the more privileged side of town.
Culture sets the role of femininity and all cultures will set different standards. A young woman from a poverty struck neighborhood is less likely to have a father so the mothers and even grandmothers take an outsized role in protecting the family. The stress of subsistence living in a tough area leads some of these mothers to get involved in the kid’s fights out of family honor so these girls are encouraged to stand up for themselves and the normal passive aggressive behavior of women is looked at as a weakness. If the girls aren’t tough then they become targeted for not being resilient. Developing a crazy or mean reputation will deter others from coming after the girl and a way of making herself known in the community. Conversely the girls that work on making themselves attractive are attacked for two reasons; being more attractive to the boys and also for having a higher status than the other girls. Like it or not, females continue to appraise their self worth through the reflection of what they believe the males in their society see in them.
Poor neighborhoods generate stress and evolution uses that stress to force aggression for resources and with the increased mortality of young men that increases competition among young women and even higher levels of outright aggression. The end result is that a woman using actual physical aggression is considered low class and less valuable.
There is another reason why society in general looks down upon aggressive women. A child that loses a father has a smaller chance of survival but a child that loses a mother has a much smaller chance of survival so women have evolutionally been selected for risk avoidance. They are more fearful than men so seeing a woman act aggressively expresses the opposite of femininity.
Hillary Clinton lost in part because of her policies and in part because of her aggressive attacks upon Trump. As the overwhelming majority of blacks had voted for the first potentially possible black president many expected women to support the first truly viable woman presidential candidate yet only 54% of women voted for Hillary Clinton. Clinton was aggressive, unfeminine, and she openly attacked rather than use the passive aggressive forms of undermining her enemy. In short she was indeed a nasty woman and that judgment didn’t come from the majority of men in society but from the women in society.
December 1st State GOP Meltdown Possible?
Sources are telling us that Pam Pollard’s administration of the GOP finances has been so bad that the GOP faces the closure of the GOP state headquarters on December 1st unless a major donor comes forth.
About two weeks ago the sources claimed that the Party bank account was down to less than $10,000 and this week we were told that the account balance has dropped to only $4,000.00 and that a December 1st shut down is imminent.
If this is true there are two main reasons why this has come to pass.
First is Pam Pollard herself, a well known and universally disrespected political hack that wound up being the state chair only because the state Vice Chair Estela Hernandez was busted stabbing Chairman Brogdon in the back and getting caught working illegal aliens in her business by the Sooner Tea Party. Tulsa supporters had furnished the audio tape of Hernandez screeching at Brogdon and that was emailed by the Sooner Tea Party along with the video of the illegals working for Hernandez to all the party county chairmen. The picture above tells part of the story, Hernandez is young and pretty hot, and Pollard is a bit long in the tooth and more than a bit pudgy. Anyone wanna bet how that election would normally turn out?
Hernandez walked onstage that October day with over thirty supporters in tow, the majority of the party hacks all cocksure of owning the top post in the state GOP. Pollard takes the state with a pitiful three supporters yet the County Chairmen blast Hernandez in a three way vote result that was so lopsided that Hernandez refuses to face a second ballot and concedes the election. Pollard was the lesser of evils and thus didn’t have a mandate or the respect from the major donors that prop up the Party finances.
Then there is the Trump effect. The success of Trump in the primary enraged the donor class and solidified the idea that the good old days were over as far as getting special interest perks through legislation. The donor class felt rejected and rebuked, as well they should have felt as they were indeed.
Having control over politics is not an inexpensive endeavor and there is little use for owning the leadership of a Party that is unable to deliver any payback to the donors.
In the coming days one of three things will occur, a member of the donor class will step up to keep the building rent paid and the utilities turned on. Or Pollard will empty the building and hopefully store the records and assets in a storage building until the next GOP chairman can clean up the mess. Or Pam Pollard will simply walk away from the position in humiliation. She was disrespected from the start, couldn’t raise money because donors didn’t like her personally nor were they confident that she could be effective, and the legislators have turned their back on Pollard after she attacked Oklahoma County Sheriff candidate Mike Christian by leaking the rebuke letter to the McCarville Report.
House Leadership Bought and Sold Once Again
Crooked Harold has a nice ring to it I think. Last week we sent an extra email asking readers to contact their state representative to lobby for Rep. John Bennett for House Pro Tem but the effort failed as Rep. Harold Wright was elected Pro Tem. Wright faced Rep. John Bennett and Charles Ortega so we were completely surprised to learn afterward that Rep. Harold Wright had given both men $500.00 “campaign donations” earlier that year in an effort to get their vote for Pro Tem. Then we heard that Rep. Harold Wright had given a whole lot of “campaign donations” to other state representatives and candidates for state representative in an effort to sway their votes should they survive the election and win the seat.
Incumbent State Representatives that accepted the $500.00 campaign contribution for their vote:
Kevin Calvey Jeff Coody John Paul Jordan Mark LePak
Scott Martin Casey Murdock Jadine Nolan Dustin Roberts Shawn Roberts Ken Walker Kevin Wallace Scott Biggs Todd Russ
Successful candidates that accepted the $500.00 “campaign donation” for their vote:
Greg Babine Tim Downing Scott Fetgatter Mark Lawson
Ryan Martinez Tammy West Rhonda Baker Carol Bush
Scott Mceachin Rick West
Unsuccessful candidates that accepted the $500.00 “campaign contribution” :
Bob Ed Culver, Bruce Lee, Matt Jackson
Total cost to purchase a House Leadership position, $14,000.00 in tax free money.
The votes and the vote totals on the Pro Tem elections were “secret” of course with three vote counters allegedly ensuring an honest vote. What an excellent way to hide corruption. As Stalin once said, it matters not who gets to vote, what matters is who counts the votes.
Harold Wright, actually Glen Harold Wright, had milked dozens of Political Action Committees and individual donors for the cash mostly from banks and credit unions but there were dozens of donations from one medical company at 14101 Parkway Commons Drive, Oklahoma City. Other than this the only other really large expenditures were tens of thousands of dollars sent to newspapers and radio stations that shared the same address as his own business so it looks as if Wright is funneling campaign donations into associated businesses. Those addresses are 10132 Highway 54 , Weatherford Ok, and 10040 Highway 54, Weatherford Ok. The only other large campaign contribution went to Majority Designs which is a Fount Holland company. Found Holland of course has been charged with felonies involving the State Superintendant of Schools election in 2014.
We wonder what would lead a man to spend thousands of donated dollars on purchasing a House Leadership slot? The only obvious answer is that those that funded the bribes…oh, excuse me, “campaign contributions”, expect a return on their investment. You know, this could solve the 600 million dollar budget hole this year, just auction off the elected official positions and by pass the entire voting and campaigning thing.
Hofmeister’s mug shot was plastered everywhere but her alleged co conspirators mug shots were tough to find but a little digging turned them up.
State School Superintendent Joy Hofmeister
Not a bad mug shot for a 50 year plus woman.
Fount Holland, AH Strategies and Majority Designs
One word Fount: Salad
Stephanie Milligan, an officer in the Alexander companies engaged to Chad Alexander
, to be married in Mexico in about 39 days. Remember that it was Chad Holland’s cocaine and pill arrest that gave law enforcement access to his smart phone and laptop that wound up indicting all of these people and a few more that are coming down the pike from the feds. I wonder if they can now force Chad Alexander to testify against Milligan? Alexander worked for Holland at one point as well so perhaps they all ought to get married together in a six way marriage before Obama leaves office.
Lela Odom, a former Executive Director of the OEA, the teachers union.
Steven Crawford, former Executive Director of the Cooperative Council for Oklahoma School Administration, a nonprofit for school administrators
Now here is the part that most people missed. This entire plot was the teachers union and school administrators group fixing the election in cahoots with the Republicans. Fount, Alexander, and Milligan, all supposedly Republican political consultants working with the teachers and administrators to elect their own person elected all the while endorsing and supporting the Democrat candidate. While funding the Republican candidate…
Remember back in spring of 2014 when the Sooner Tea Party broke the story on Freda Deskin, the Democrat candidate for School Superintendent that was endorsed by the top of the Democratic Party during the primary? We said at the time that it was the Democrats that gave us the dirt on Deskin and her long time boyfriend and it turns out it was designed to eviscerate Deskin so that the other Democrat candidate won the primary which he certainly did. At that time it was a big deal that all the blue bloods, Barry Switzer, and all the ex Democrat governors endorsed the one that lost the primary. If I was a betting man I’d bet that gutting Deskin was part of the plan to get the weakest candidate up against Joy Hofmeister.
This is all just another example of why the D or R behind a politician’s name is meaningless. The one good thing that came out of this was the defeat of the David Boren sales tax proposal.
Department of Education Leadership
Facing Felonies and a Mess
By the Watchman
What a mess at the Department of Education. The Superintendent of Public Education along with four other individuals has been charged with felony counts of campaign finance violations. Admittedly we took into consideration the District Attorney involved in this matter and had some initial doubts. After conducting our own research the doubts were eliminated and replaced with the very real idea that the possibility of this being a viable charge did happen.
We next looked at the actual charges filed against the individuals. You can see them here
We were not really surprised to see the legacy of corruption continuing in the teachers union. One of the defendants listed is the current leader of the Oklahoma Education Association. It would appear that a lot of this is surrounding the insurance benefits that teachers and retired teachers receive. We must ask if they are really getting the best deal for their money. We urge our readers to open this link and read the document themselves. It will shock you.

. We feel they are justified in their request. As the Superintendent of Public Education she should be trying to set the example for our young, up and coming leaders. What kind of an example is she setting by clinging to the office while facing charges? We know that she has repeatedly claimed her innocence and in this country you are innocent until proven quilt. Wouldn’t the more proper example be to step aside and let your second in command run the system until you clear your name?
We next went to the Oklahoma web site for the Department of Education here Oklahoma State Department of Education
. Now this page is a brief biography of the Superintendent of Public Education.

. There is some more biographical information here. We found the vote tally for both the primary and general races. In addition we found where she was a member of the Oklahoma State Board of Education from January 2012 through April 2013.
The next article we found was this Joy Hofmeister - Wikipedia
. Here we found that she has a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Texas Christian University and holds teaching certificates in English and Elementary Education. As far as any advanced degrees she may have we were only able to verify that as of April 2015 she was working on her Master’s degree in Education Administration with a specialty in Education Policy and Law from the University of Oklahoma. Based on this information she lacks the experience and education to fill the position as the Superintendent of Public Education.

. This is one of the first reports that came out about the pending charges against Superintendent Hofmeister. The way this report is worded it indicates that the most serious charges she faces are the two counts of conspiracy to commit a felony. We however do not feel that is the case. It is our belief that the most serious charge she faces is the appearance of corruption. Whether she’s found innocent or guilty, the appearance of public corruption such as this is why Oklahoma is known as the most corrupt state in the union. She is not doing the state any good by hanging on to her job while fighting these charges either.

. This article gives us a first look as to why these charges were brought. It appears that it’s the same problem the plagues almost every election. Dark Money groups don’t have to report who their donors are or anything of that nature. There is a loophole in the law that allows them to get away with collecting donations and supporting candidates without having to reveal who they are. They are buying the offices is what it boils down to.
The next article we found was this Joy Hofmeister is in trouble… | The Lost Ogle
. The headline is an understatement. Even if found not guilty, her political career is over. We acknowledge that the Chair of the Oklahoma State GOP has stated her support as has the Governor; however Oklahoman’s are not forgiving to those who give the state a bad name.
It is obvious that due to the current legal situation that she finds herself in, the Superintendent of Public Education should step down from her position. What she is facing makes it impossible to dedicate her efforts to the improvement of our education system here in Oklahoma and fight these charges at the same time.
