Sarah McNary loved her Uptown Saddlebag SO much that she HAD to make another, this time using leather from a coat she bought at Disneyland years ago! Fantastic, right?
And this is the 2nd HipBag Hybrid that Liz Flynn has made! She says this is her favorite bag pattern of all and I love the mandala print she chose for the front flap!
Don Distler is back with a new Sling Alongcreation which he fondly has named his "SLING PUNK" version! I love the creative genre he's invented and I ADORE this bag! Great job as usual, Don!
Noreen Saukko use gold-printed denim for the main exterior fabric for this Guardian, and added synthetic leather for the base & RFID fabric to prevent card hacking!
Virginia Compton's 8-year old granddaughter was so disappointed when her sister & Mom got Sling Along bags for Christmas, so she made this little beauty for her birthday. She said its not fancy but that you can never go wrong with Mermaids and glitter!
Barbara Blasey embroidered the incredible emblem you see gracing the front pouch of her Sling Along and what a classy and rich-looking bag this is! |
Celia Anne Oliver (otherwise known as the " Bellagio Queen") is back with a new creation! As usual, Celia use wool for the exterior and I love the flap decoration she made!

Here's a gorgeous Gadabout that "walked into" my booth at the Road to California show in January... along with Mary Dettmers of course! :) |
I fell in love with Cate Shaffer's GoGo Compact at the Road2Ca show! Cate Shaffer said she used upholstery fabric for the exterior & drapery taffeta on the inside for a STUNNING look!
And finally, get a load of this totally FUN Walkabout Wallet that Leta McDowell fashioned from NY fabrics!

Google is releasing a new version of Chrome to users this week, and it includes a number of new interesting features. The best addition is the ability to mute entire sites that autoplay videos. There are a number of sites on the web that have decided to annoy users by playing videos that follow you while you scroll a page with the sound on.
Instead of frantically closing the tab (or muting it) and swearing at
your monitor, you can now just simply right-click the offending tab and
mute the entire site for good. This replaces the previous “mute tab”
feature that was only temporary.

Fluffy is lucky indeed to be alive after nearly being frozen to death last month near her home in Kalispell, in northwest Montana!
Fluffy's owners came home from work early to discover their pet unresponsive in a snow bank with chunks of ice matted in her fur (the temperature that day was 10 degrees with a wind chill factor of below zero!

There was a time when Natalie Hardin hid her hobby. She was a freshman in college. In solitude, she’d sew together little quilts. “Randomly, secretively because I always thought people would make fun of me,” Hardin said. “I think of quilting as my grandma skill.”
Fast-forward a couple decades & now Hardin has nearly 90 other quilters to
turn to for advice. Hardin, 36, started what is now known as the DC Modern Quilt Guild in 2009, inspired by the first Modern Quilt Guild, which launched earlier that year in Los Angeles.
