TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 0.06% at 164,929. Transportation (+4.16%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Utility Service Providers (-1.70%). Banking (-0.70%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 971 billion (approx. USD 23 million). Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (KSHJ +4.79%) Tamin Petroleum & Petrochem. Ind. Co. (PTAP -1.78%) and Tamin Petroleum & Petrochem. Ind. Co. (PTAP +1.80%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Tejarat Bank (BTJR -0.68%) was the most traded stock with IRR 254 billion (approx. USD 6 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 3,835 billion (approx. USD 91 million), down 13% from the previous trading session.
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 8,022 for a loss of 0.26%. The biggest riser was Telecommunication Company of Iran (MKBT +2.07%) while Mobin Petrochemical Co. (MOBN -2.41%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 1,060 billion (approx. USD 25 million), down 25% from the previous trading session.
