Hello all,

As Spring approaches, signs of vibrant life at the Kootenay Shambhala Centre are everywhere. A major upgrade of our main shrine room is nearing completion, program and event participation is wonderfully strong, and our online activity continues to grow fast, for instance.

May you enjoy the turn of the seasons―wherever you are.

Warm regards,

Jim Northcote
