Mackworth Club News
For their latest social event the members of the Mackworth Club attended the Oktoberfest at the Show Ground in Carmarthen. A good time was had by all including the honorary President RW Bro James Ross. The new junior warden of Caerfyrddin really embraced the event by dressing in Lederhosen.

Teifi Lodge Present £6,000 cheque towards 2026 Festival
The APGM W. Bro. Mike Eckley receives a cheque from W.Bro. Graham Newstead
At the Installation Banquet of Teifi (Hall Stone) Lodge No. 4648 held at Rhosygilwen Mansion on Thursday 13th October, the Assistant Provincial Grand Master W. Bro. Michael Eckley was pleased to receive a donation of £6,000 towards the Lodge 2026 Festival target from the incoming Master of the Lodge W. Bro. Graham Newstead.

Cyfrinfa Y Tair Sir no 10018 Consecration Ceremony

On Saturday 22nd October 2022, the Provicial Grand Master, RW Bro James Ross and his team  conducted the consecration of Cyfrinfa y Tair Sir no 10018.
 
Following the consecration, the Primus Master, W Bro Emyr Davies, was expertly Installed by the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, VW Bro Ryland James. The Primus Senior Warden is W Bro Elfan Bell and the Primus Junior Warden, W Bro Martin Marks, all senior and well known brethren in West Wales. For the full story click here. 

 

Freemasons' annual report reveals 50% increase in membership enquiries

The United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE) has launched its 2021 annual report, which shows an increase in the number of membership enquiries from 12,000 in 2020 to 18,000 in 2021, reflecting its commitment to modernisation and transparency. For more on this story click here. 

  

 
Dr John B Lloyd Bursary 2022
The APGM W. Bro. Mike Eckley presents a cheque to bursary winner Cerys Viner
Cerys Viner is the recipient of the 2022 Dr John B Lloyd Masonic Bursary Award. Michael Eckley, Assistant PGM of West Wales Freemasons presented Cerys with a cheque for £1500 and a certificate to commemorate the award on Thursday 20th October 2022 at Aberystwyth University. For further details click here.  
 
Strumble Lodge Present £8,000 cheque towards 2026 Festival

At the Installation Banquet of Strumble Lodge No. 4351 held at Fishguard on Wednesday 12th October, the Provincial Grand Master RW Bro James Ross was pleased to receive a donation of £8,000 towards the Lodge 2026 Festival target from the incoming Master of the Lodge W.
