February 8, 2021
We're excited to share another week of news & ideas with our MAiZE family. There never seems to be a shortage of ideas and the truth is that some of the best originate with all of you! So, if you ever have an idea you'd like us to pass along to the group, please just send it our way. Also, please remember that we'll be archiving these ideas on the siteowner web site, so that you can go back and view them whenever you like.
Time to Take the Annual Year-End Survey
Now that the new year is underway and hopefully everyone has had a chance to evaluate their
seasons and crunch some numbers, we would like to gather some information with our annual End-of-Season Survey. We would appreciate it if you could please take a moment to click on the link below and complete the survey. As always, this generates invaluable data to help you see how you compare with others in the industry. We'll be sharing this data in a few Corn Party presentations and in our annual newsletter.

New Website & Changes to Online Logins
As some of you might have already noticed, we have launched a new version of www.themaize.com, which comes with a few changes to the way you access protected information & the shopping cart. Instead of logging into a "Toolbox", now you will see all the links to member resources under the MEMBERS and the SHOP menus. To access and see that info, you'll simply need to:

1. Activate your new MAiZE account when you receive an email this week asking you to do so.
2. After activating your account, LOGIN (where prompted) on the website when accessing private info.

If your computer stores cookies, you likely won't need to login every time.

Registar Now for the Online Ticketing Webinar
Mark your calendars for February 16 at 11 am MST (1 pm ET) for our upcoming webinar on the topic of 2021 Online Ticketing Options for MAiZE Farms.
We are super excited to share a sneak peek at a new omni-channel option we've been working on for months with Shopify, that has the potential to bring all your needs into one cohesive platform (ticketing, POS, social marketing, email marketing, text marketing, websites and more). We'll also introduce pricing changes offered by Ticketleap, for those preferring to stay with that platform. The webinar will be conducted by Logan and will include feedback from a couple of farms who tried the new Shopify platform this past fall.
This webinar will be recorded and later posted for those unable to join live. Click below to pre-register and submit any suggested topics/questions you have.

For those attending this year's Corn Party, you should have received a confirmation letter sent to you last week, containing some sign-up info for a few optional upgrades, including:

- Dinner at Bama Bucks (deadline 2/17)
- Lunch orders for Trunnell's Gourmet Deli (deadline 2/21)
- Jack Daniel's Tours and/or Miss Mary Bobo's reservations (first come first serve)
If any of these interest you, be sure to click on the links in your confirmation letter to sign up by the deadlines.

Still Time for Best Ideas

Because we want to include as many ideas as possible in the Corn Party slideshow of Best Ideas, we have extended the deadline for entering your ideas to February 11. Please email a photo of one of your best new ideas from this last season to kamille@themaize.com, with a brief description. Sharing these ideas is always a great favorite learning opportunity and the slideshow will be shared with everyone after the CornParty, so please submit an idea, even if you won't be attending!

Optional Corn Party Haunt Tour at Netherworld
In case you missed the announcement on Facebook, there is an optional upgrade opportunity at the Corn Party to tour one of the nation's top haunts that happens to be in the Atlanta area...Netherworld! Because one of our farms had expressed interest in visiting them, we've reached out and they were kind enough to offer up a lights-on tour opportunity. For those interested in this tour on Thursday of the Corn Party, you can find more info & buy your tour ticket at: www.cornparty.com

Send us Your Tunes for Road Trip Radio
We know the MAiZE family's GOT TALENT and want to show it off! We are putting together a fun Road Trip Radio livestream for the Corn Party and are gathering content.
We thought this might be the perfect chance to showcase some of the a-MAZE-ing talent in our family AND some of your fun farm jingles. For those of you with farm jingles, please email them our way so we can share them on our playlist. And for you singers out there, please email a recording of yourself singing any tune you like to kamille@themaize.com by February 11 so we can plug it into our livestream for a little extra entertainment on Road Trip Radio!
Special credit to MacArt Studios, our amazing Corn Party design sponsor, for this super cute & corny graphic!
