Defund OBAMACARE...
The Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 &
the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010
To: 113th Congress, House of Representatives & Senate: We the People, requested and petitioned for a simple one-page bill DEFUNDING the entire 2400 page bill & sister bill, The Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act & the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. We the People, did not want this takeover of private health insurance and medical care. A simple DEFUND NOW would put each of our elected servants on record as to who is for & against DEFUNDING ObamaCare. We the People, believe this law is unconstitutional and gnaws away at our personal choice and free market system by forcing Americans to purchase a service; We the People, believe this law is economically unsustainable and in error when placing American's medical decisions in the hands of government entities at an enormous cost to tax payers; We the People, believe the law will destroy the free market health insurance companies resulting in American's loosing jobs furthering unemployment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SIGN THE PETITION

REPEAL OBAMACARE...
The Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act &
the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010
To: 112th Congress, House of Representatives & Senate:
We the People, are in favor and support, a simple one-page bill repealing the entire 2400 page bill & sister bill, The Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act & the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. We want a straight up or down vote in the U.S. House and Senate;
We the People, do not want this takeover of private medical insurance and medical care. A simple repeal vote in 2011 tells us which of our elected servants on record is for & against repealing ObamaCare;
We the People, believe this act is unconstitutional and gnaws away at our personal choice and free market system by forcing Americans to purchase a service;
We the People, believe this act is economically unsustainable and in error when placing American's medical decisions in the hands of government entities at an enormous cost to tax payers;
We the People, the act will likely destroy the free market health insurance companies resulting in American's loosing jobs furthering unemployment.
