Gina was born and raised in the mountains of La union in the Philippines. She discovered her talent as a singer on an early age. By the age of 6 she was performing at fairs and festivals all over the province. Since then she sang her way through highschool and college and ended up singing with several coverbands all over the country. When she reached the age of 20, she decided that it was time to try out her talent outside of her home country. This led to 10 hectic years, singing with numerous bands all over the world, including many exotic places like Japan, Indonesia, Maldives, Bali, Greenland, Singapore and Malaysia. Today Gina is a resident of Norway. In Norway she is in the fast process of forming a career in the line of her passion, countrymusic. In march, Gina will release her debute single "all uphill" A bonus single with two beautiful country ballads. Later this year she will travel to Nashville. There she will be recording her first full album with the well recognized producer, Lonnie Ratliff.

===============================================

A true true Halloween misadventure.

'TWAS THE NUT BEFORE HALLOWEEN.

It was the Cuban Missile Crisis, and we were in Miami...
not far enough away from the possibility of nuclear destruction.
The American troops were brought into Opa Locka Air Base...
a hundred yards from our apartment.
The gates were heavily guarded.

We were very very young and foolish,
and I had a weird talent:...  using stage makeup.
It seemed like a good idea at the time,
and it was the night before Halloween.
Those are all good reasons to go nuts and terrorize an entire city.

The costume shop guy said this Halloween would be loaded with Castro's,
in fact he was completely sold out of Castro masks and trick cigars.

I had already bought army fatigues and cap, black boots, and a realistic toy M-1 rifle.
Lack of a mask was not going to stop me.
My early theater training went not for naught
(not for naught?).
I sought out a store, selling stage makeup,
(I sought not for naught.),
and bought nose putty, black crepe hair, spirit gum, and tan pancake makeup.

An hour later I looked EXACTLY like Castro.
I knew it was good when Misty didn't laugh.
She just said "You ARE Castro!”
Meanwhile, she had dressed as a cowgirl.
That was the point where I went nuts.

I thought I was Fidel!
I chewed my foot-and-a-half-long cigar, and swaggered like a man in command.
This was just supposed to be a trial run, but it was too good to waste.
We hit the Miami streets, not knowing what havoc was to be wrought
(We wrought not for naught).
On that night before Halloween,
the world wasn't ready for a couple of premature screwballs.

We burst through the door of a prominent nightspot and stopped the show.
The entertainers got the joke and called me on-stage for an interview.
I told them, with a thick accent that I just came over to get my welfare check,
which may be the most conservative thing I've ever said.

That was so much fun we started making the rounds,
winding up in North Miami Beach at 4 AM, bugging anybody we could find.
I got out and hitchhiked and cars turned around and went the other way.
I lurked outside diners until somebody spotted me,
then I'd disappear and let them try to tell the rest of the crowd.

At one diner four cops were sitting in a booth when I stood in front of the window.
The rest of the customers saw me and were laughing.
When the police finally spotted me they went for their guns,
and everybody laughed harder.
I melted into the shadows.

At 5 AM, exhausted, laughed out, and hungry, we went into an all night restaurant
and waited for a waitress who never came.
We eventually gave up and walked out.
We were met at the door by a mob of police in uniform and plain clothes.
Patrol cars with flashing lights were all over the place.
I stuck my cigar in my mouth, hiked up my "rifle", and we walked straight to our car.
They watched us, uncertain what to do.

A detective tapped on my window and I rolled it down.
"I feel a little foolish", he said, "but we've had twenty-three calls tonight
from citizens who swear they saw Fidel Castro.
Do you mind if I pull your beard?"

"It might come off", I said in American.
We told him we were warming up for Halloween.

The Miami Herald headlines the next day read: “FIDEL STALKS MIAMI NIGHT!"
I did TV interviews in full makeup.
They also interviewed the detective, who said we were nuts.
But we weren't nuts for naught.

Songwriter Article

We Write The Songs...Then We Rewrite Them
click photo for website

Longtime friends and co-writers Carol Hashe Rainone, Marty Rainone,

Gordon Ellis and myself get together at Carol and Marty's house

every few months for what is known in Nashville as a critique session.

Sitting around a dining room table, we play each other some of our latest

compositions, or rewritten versions of previously played songs, to get

feedback from our peers about the "health" of our song "children."

It's really a great fine-tuning process. Our songs always come away

the better for it, as we've learned from our years in Nashvegas that songwriting isn't just

about writing. Unless you're very lucky, songwriting is really about

rewriting, not necessarily the whole song but usually at least a portion of

a song, whether lyric, melody, or both. Of course, we are free to take whatever

suggestions are offered, which are all made in a positive, "what's best for the song"

manner. There are many of these song critique groups taking place around town.

Some people get together to play cards; we get together to play songs.

Maybe you can start your own Nashville-style critique group in Arizona, Mississippi,

New England, Sweden or...wherever you are. May the muse be with you!

NOTE from Lonnie - I always feel a little guilty because I never have time to listen to mp3's new artists and songwriters send me, unsolicited I might add.  I hate it but I just delete them because I finally figured out I could try to be a nice guy or I could try to work and pay my bills.  My banker had a very stern suggestion that I needed to keep working and be a nice guy on my own time after all my bills were paid.  Turns out that spare time does not exist so I just had to give up on listening to unsolicited mp3's, CD's and giving my opinions and suggestions.  Now I just concentrate on my music business out of necessity but I figure I can give you some links that will answer your questions better than I could anyway.

Hey Lonnie,

I put my song "Timeless" up on Soundclick.com several weeks ago and  forgot all about it.  I guess some of the Soundclick internet
stations have played it a lot, because when I checked about 2 weeks  ago, it had made it up to #27 in the Country genre, and #8 in the
"Country General" sub- genre.  It has dropped a bit since then, but  as of today (10/30) it is still #16 in "Country General".
Strangely, it isn't even a studio recording (Though I certainly hope  to do one at some point).  I did all the parts on my Mac in Garage
Band.  The acoustic guitar and all 5 vocal parts were recorded live,  while the bass, drums, piano and lead guitar were software
instruments.  If more people play it, it might go back up (maybe even  to #1).
It's a combination of old country, doo-wop, and Orbison.  Maybe even  a bit of Beachboys arranging near the end.  Anyone who wants to hear  or download it can go to:
http://soundclick.com/gordonellis.
I have also been told that an independent act is cutting "Fill In The  Blank" which I wrote with Marty Rainone, but I don't know if it's
done yet.

Take care.

Gordon

Hi... Just a note to let you know some 'stuff' about what has happened to me.....
Vickie Cross...a long year of silence
Starting out the new year in the hospital was something very new to me.  I rarely ever get sick and in January no doctor could give me a diagnosis as to what was keeping me from breathing as normal people do. My breaths were short and heavy and I couldn't keep any food or drink down. I stayed in the hospital for 8 days and was released ...without any specific diagnosis. I continued to do my music performances until I just couldn't muster up enough strength to go on anymore. I went to a pulmonary specialist who started running tests on my lungs. I was in and out of the hospital and finally in June I was diagnosed with neumocaucus pneumonia and anticoagulant lupus. I had lost 138# and  I could not speak for over a month. That's enough to keep anyone down for quite sometime, especially a singer...but I am not just anyone...I am blessed by God and he has given me all my talents and abilities back. The doctors say I am lucky to be alive. I say I am lucky to have been favored by God and that he has a lot more for me to do.  In October, I got to go back to performing and  I have a new CD, "Memories and  More", which features my latest radio releases. You can hear my new songs at www.myspace.com/vickiecross.
=====================================================
...Just a note to let you guys know that we had to take a short time off from our live shows. My grandson, Kendryck, is six months old and had to have open heart surgery in Houston at Texas Children's Hospital. It's been a week to the day since his surgery was performed and I'm very happy to say that he is recovering nicely. I'm so proud of him and he is one tough little trooper. This surgery was scheduled a week before Hurricane Ike struck and demolished the Parrish-Hundley recording studio so we're just beginning to get on our feet again. The storm, the studio, the surgery are all behind us now and we'll be picking up where we left off. Sammy and I have completed writing most of the material for our Parrish-Hundley project but in the meantime we're still performing the tunes from my "Texas in the Man" album and mixing them up with a lot of our favorite cover tunes. We'll be playing the Armadillo Palace in Houston, our home town, November 8th and we'll be getting serious about recording again sometime shortly after that show.

Stop by and sign our guestbook at our home page http://www.mikeparrish.us

Have a great week

He has picked up and playing the electric guitar he is getting real good on it now and our daughter is singing a little plans on taking her in the studio this up coming year if she starts practicing more. P.J. Price

P.J. Price thanks you for the 'invite' to submit material for your newsletter.

I released my new "Movin' On" CD in April.. As a 'pre-release',  I sent "Game of Life" out to radio in January.  That single went to # 1 in the Indieworld charts on June 29th, beating the group "Little Texas" out of the # 1 spot.  It had been in their chart since January 25th!

My latest single is "I'm Not Over Lovin' You" which was submitted to me in 1994 by Scotty Turner/Nashville.  Mr. Turner gave me 3 songs on my 1st CD, including one that was written for Jim Reeves (who he was producing at the time).  Unfortunately, Mr. Reeves died just 3 days before this single was scheduled to be recorded!   I remember calling "Scotty" at home when I was in the studio.  I said, "Scotty... I know you've already sent me 2 songs,  but I REALLY want a 'waltz' on this CD... Do you have anything?".   He pulled out his tape recorder and played this song over the phone to me.  I immediately said.. "ITS MINE"  and he overnighted it to me and we recorded it the next day!   No one else had ever picked it up, so it was an honor to have it..  It's called  "Your Forevers" and you can hear the 'sneak peak' at : www.cdbaby.com/pjprice .   That will lead you to my 'debut' CD which went got "Album of the Year" and "Best Female Indie Artist" in 1994, per the ECMA...  That led to a tour and a large overseas fanbase..

You can hear sneak peaks of all of my new songs from my new "Movin' On" CD at:   www.cdbaby.com/pjprice2 and I invite everyone to join me at: www.myspace.com/pjprice .  I didn't intend to release anything off this CD... it was just a chance for me to get my 'new songs' on tape.. But then I thought, "No.. I really want to give my DJ buddies overseas a song".... which led to 2 songs.. and now 3 songs!!!  But it feels great to 'be back' and performing at least on a 'local' level and I just invite everyone to stop by the "MYSPACE" page I listed and give me a 'howdy' shout !!!

Hugs from Texas,

...Bad Bob Rohan has been blown away by all the airplay from his recent CD "Prairie Rose" but nothing compared with the blowing he received from Hurricane Ike. After suffering some outside property damage and fortunately only being out of power for 4 and a half days, Bob, his wife Cindy and cat, Captain Jack are well on the road to recovery. Many things were learned particularly the benefit of water. Water is so delicious when you need to hydrate from hard work and it stays cold with no refrigeration. The water pressure was up a day after the storm so I was able to use it in the bathroom. You really count your blessings after a hit like the one Hurricane Ike gave to Texas.

Bob continues to entertain with his singing and his fiddle at the Gabby's Bar-b-Que Restaurants here in Houston and Pasadena. Also being featured with Pat Gavin & The Buckaroo Band at the Hickory Hollow Bar-b-Que Restaurant, first Saturday of the month and The First Methodist Church of Pearland for their special "Cowboy Church" service, the first Sunday of the month.

Bob was proud to be "Musician of the Month" from Aage Nordheim's Nashville Gateway International Country Music Playlist and Message Board for October. The Texas Music Awards 2008 won Bob a nomination for "Musician of the Year" for his new album Prairie Rose. Bob was nominated out of 55,000 plus nominees. RhonBob Promotions awarded Bob several awards for airplay excellence. Winning two Emerald Award's for #2 & #6 "Happy Rovin' Cowboy" from the New York Music Review Top 40 and another Emerald Award for Music Review's Top 40 Inspirational Songs with "The Angels Finally Came." Bob continues to climb the European Country Music Charts and attributes his success with RhonBob Promotions and compilation albums from EH KIng.

Hi Lonnie,
Alot has happened with me this year.  I've signed on with a management company (Shepherd Productions) and WOW! all of a sudden I started seeing my career move to the next level!  I also have a new album coming out in January, title, "He Knew Me."  I've got a variety of songs on this one.  I even added a little bluegrass :0).  My husband and I have been very busy with our personal lives because he's a plumber and he's been called into overtime, and that has left me with not only my music business picking up, but me having to take care of our horses more on my own.  I love to ride bareback, and my horses are just a treasure to me!  We're also trying to help a friend of ours, Greg McDougal, while he tries to build his new house!  Don't know if you heard the story about Greg (he's an Inspirational Country Singer), but he has 4 children and 3 of them have cystic fibrosis.  He's been trying to build a "germ-free" house for his kids for 3 years now.  And finally, after a couple of "in your face" miracles, Greg is building and they have the roof on!  My husband is going to be doing their plumbing for them.  So all in all, I've had such a great year.  I have been blessed in so many ways, not just in my career, but also in my personal life!  I hope that everything is going well with everyone else as well!  Heavenly Trails ya'll!  Marla Ratliff

As you know, honky tonk country piano has disappeared from Nashville.  When I play keyboards with country bands, I try to make it country,  the real traditional honky tonk style of Charlie Rich country piano  and the honky tonk piano used in yesterday's country music of Moe  Bandy and Merle Haggard. I have listened to many country songs and  all I hear is fancy piano for love ballads or Hammond B-3 organ. It  is so sad to not hear what is real country piano. As I play with country bands, I try to preserve the real traditional  country piano style of Charlie Rich and the honky tonk piano of  yesterday. Plus I rock the piano like Becky Hobbs, as some bands  claims that I sound like Jerry Lee Lewis, but I say Becky Hobbs.  http://www.beckyhobbs.coI do plan on relocating to Nashville next year in hopes to bring back  the traditional honky tonk country piano back into country music. I  think Alan Jackson is one of the few recording artist that still uses  such country piano styles in his music. I just hate fancy piano for  love ballads as that is not country! Not even the new "Kid Rock" song  now being aired on country radio, more rock than country. I try to  leave out my B-3 Hammond organ sound, unless it is for a classic rock  song. I want to make it sound country!

Bill King - We get your Newsletter and check it out to see if we recognize any of the names...course, we were back in the 50s, so most of your "finds" are relatively newcomers.  However, I would like to let you know that on 9-29-2008, at the 30th Awards Show of the Massachusetts Country Music Association,  three sisters from this State, known as The Tenney Sisters, Sylvia, Evelyn and Dottie from (Mass., Arizona, and Hawaii, respectively), were inducted into the Massachusetts Country Music Hall of Fame, for their recognition and talent in performing country/western music for over 50 years.  The girls toured w/Gabby Hayes, Chief Thundercloud (first Tonto in Lone Rangers series), and worked w/Tex Ritter, Lash LaRue, The 3 Stooges, Hank "Sugarfoot" Garland, Arthur "Guitar Boogie" Smith, Elton Britt, and many others. Their career spanned network radio, television appearances, WJW, Cleveland, OH and WBT, Charlotte, NC, among many others.  This award was long, long overdue, and it meant a lifetime of singing and playing, and being billed as the "Female Sons of the Pioneers" for their style of singing and yodeling and performing their songs.  My name is Bill King, lead guitarist, and  am also a recipient of this prestigious Award back in 1998. I was instrumental in getting Dottie West to Nashville; toured w/Smokey Rogers, LeRoy Van Dyke, and many other artists,  I had the girls on my network radio in the mid-50's, and this Award couldn't have come at a better time to finally pay tribute to their many talents.
Thanks, Lonnie, and keep those Newletters coming! ! !

.....I had the pleasure of co-writing a new song with a lady named Helen Carroll. It's called "Middle Class America". It's all about life in middle class America, Washington and Wall Street's fumbling with the economy, and maybe a future to work towards. It was recently accepted by Clear Channel Communications as "New!" music and is available as a music stream on about 400 radio station websites around the country.

Here's the link to the song.

Hi Lonnie
I'm not sure I that I should be answering your email for "up to dates" etc. I am just a 69 year old Aussie who used to sing a bit but
now just writes songs and sends them off to "RhonBob" who are kind enough to promote them. I have done 4 albums that are all my own
compositions and am currently finishing off the 5th which includes a song co written with Rhonnie Schueremann and two songs from your
catalogue ..... "Long Days" and "Brand New Day". Those songs were a bit daunting as the demo singers were so good, however, I thought I'd give them a go anyway. When finished I'll send you a copy just for fun.
Best regards
Neil

Herschel Walker's Poker Game

The poker game had a history that went back 30 years
If it made the Governor hair-lipped friday night would find us there
Gathered round the kitchen table dealing mostly five card stud
Catching up on local gossip while chasing lady luck

(Modulate)
The ladies came to visit and talk about how times were hard
While the kids were playin' hide n seek out in Herschel's yard
This friday night countrified nickel ante game
Was as close to high society as any of us came

           (Chorus # 1)
At the friday night poker game at Herschel Walker's place
Nickel ante, quarter limit was how the game was played
The most that you could lose was a pocket full of change
But it wasn't 'bout the money it was all about the game

I moved off to the city where they play life's game for keeps
I guess you'd say that I've done O.K. if you took a look at me
But everything I know I owe to Herschel and the crew
So I go back every chance I can to play a hand or two

           (Chorus # 2)
At the friday night poker game at Herschel Walker's place
Nickel ante, quarter limit Is how the game Is played
The most that you can lose Is a pocket full of change
But it's never 'bout the money it's all about the game

Below are some of the artists I have produced so you can give them a listen to see if you like the sound I am getting and you can contact them to get a reference on how they liked working with me.  No matter if you choose to have me or someone else produce your next recording project make sure you check us out.  If you can't hear samples of a producer's  previous work or correspond with someone who has worked with them then it is too early to be writing anyone a check.  Just because someone sends you an e mail telling you they think you are the hottest thing since Garth Brooks or Shania Twain doesn't mean they are a good honest producer.  Check everyone out that you do business with BEFORE you write the check and you won't end up being one of those artists that gets scammed. - Lonnie  _ E Mail me at:  NashvilleShowcase@comcast.net

Lonnie Ratliff ~ Record Production

5 song live session recorded in Nashville

1. Cost is $3,750 (Three Thousand Seven Hundred & Fifty Dollars). This includes Studio, Musicians, Etc! and you end up with a mixed CD of your project. There are not a lot of hidden costs that will be tacked on. The only additional costs I can think of would be $150 if you want us to Master it for you before it goes to your pressing plant. (Call me and I can explain Mastering to you) The other thing that could cost you later is that you might have to pay songwriter royalties if you have recorded someone elses songs and are gonna include it on your CD to sell. (Example = If you want to record a George Strait song or a Taylor Swift song then you will have to pay a royalty to use that song) I can help point you in the right direction to obtain a license from the Harry Fox Agency.

2. For those artist who are new at this, Production is just about getting your songs recorded and ready to be made into CD's that you can sell. I don't press up the 500 or 1000 CD's for you but I can recommend Karen Bruno at Amazon Audio who can take care of everything for you. I believe it costs about $1500 for a 1000 CD's. A lot of the artists I produce will cut a couple of 5 song sessions with me and then put them together and press up a CD they can sell and get their money back.

3. First thing we need to do is figure out if we can work together and come up with something we can both be proud of. You can listen to the artists I have produced (Click Here) and get an idea of what I do. If you are a decent singer and I believe we can make a respectable recording then I will probably be glad to work with you.

4. Deposits & Payments: The first thing required is a $200 deposit and once that is paid we can start putting together your session. I will help you find the songs if needed and will arrange them for you using any ideas you may have. Once we find the songs and have picked a date you send me the balance of $3,550 at least 2 weeks before the session date and I book your session at a studio on Music Row. I normally use Dixiana Studio. We will cut the basic tracks and overdubs there and then cut the final vocals, harmonies and mix at Smokehouse studio.

5. The Band normally will consist of Bass, Drums, Rhythm Guitar, Piano, Steel Guitar, Fiddle, Dobro, Electric Guitar & Mandolin. If I believe a particular song calls for a specialty instrument I will use it and there is no additional charge. I do not try to cut corners by taking short cuts on the musicians we use.

6. Original songs. I have about 200 songs in my Music Publishing Company that you are welcome to use (Royalty Free) if you are using them on any project I produce.

7. Time it will take to record. Figure that it will take about 3 days in the studio. If you are on a tight schedule you're part will be over in two days. First day we cut the tracks with a scratch vocal and the second day you will sing your final vocals. I figure you will have up to 45 minutes to sing each song.

8. Practice Guitar tracks if needed. If you think you may have trouble singing any of the songs you pick and do not play an instrument I can record and send you an acoustic guitar track of the song so you can practice it before you come to Nashville.

9. Final thoughts. Keep in mind that you are hiring me to make you sound good and I take my job very seriously. I will do my best to see that you have a good time in the studio. I work with some of the best studio musicians in Nashville and they will do everything in their power to make the best recording of your music as possible. Feel free to E Mail any of the artists I have worked with (Click Here) before and ask them any questions you may have about working with me. Once you have paid your deposit I am on your team and you can call (615) 742 0666 and ask me any questions you have and I will try my best to give you an answer. Probably half of the artist I work with are recording their first CD and have a lot of questions so don't be embarrassed to ask about anything you don't understand.

I look forward to working with you and hope I can be a part of your musical future.

Lonnie Ratliff

I found you a spooky Halloween story to read - I did not write this - Lonnie

Sachs Bridge

A Pennsylvania Ghost Story

retold by S.E. Schlosser

I don’t know what exactly draws me back to Sachs Bridge each time I visit Gettysburg.  I just know that I feel compelled to drive there and take pictures.  Of course, it is a beautiful spot -  a covered bridge that was used by the Confederate Army to cross the creek when they withdrew from Gettysburg .  But after all, how many pictures can you take of the same place?  Well, okay, if you’re a photographer, that’s a silly question!  Hundreds in all weather, season, lighting…  But really, I’m only an amateur, so why I personally felt compelled to record the bridge over and over was a mystery my boyfriend was obsessing about as he drove through the lightly falling snow on that evening in the late fall.

Of course, the bridge was supposed to be haunted, so that was definitely part of the draw it had for me.  According to the legend, three Confederate soldiers convicted of being spies were hanged from beams in the covered bridge, and their bodies were discovered by Union soldiers patrolling the area.  Their spirits were said to haunt the bridge, though other folks claimed they sometimes smelled General Lee smoking his pipe when they were standing on the bridge.  I’d actually smelled pipe smoke there once myself, and that was one of the reasons I kept coming back to the haunted bridge.

As we came to the bridge, a chill blasted over my skin in spite of the warmth flowing into the car from the heater.  The bridge, usually a friendly-spot, seemed sinister and dark.  I felt uneasy, as if a foul presence was on the bridge that did not want us to intrude there.

“I changed my mind,” I said quickly as my boyfriend stopped the car.  “I don’t want to take pictures here after all.”

“What?!” my boyfriend practically screeched, staring at me in amazement.  “After you made such a big fuss about it?  After you forced me to look at every single solitary picture you ever took of this bridge before we came to Gettysburg?  No way, honey!  I could be back at the hotel drinking beer right now, but no!  We had to come to the bridge!  Out you get and take your photos!”

He was right, I guess.  Silly to come all this way and not take the pictures.  The bridge was lovely in the lightly falling snow.  And I was terrified to step out on it.  My hand shook as I reached for the door handle, and shook again as I secured my camera.  Praying with all my might that whatever dark power was out there would leave me alone, I leapt out the door and aimed my camera practically at random down the length of the bridge.  It was completely empty of everything but me and the car.  But I could feel someone – a very nasty someone – standing right behind me, willing me to leave or die.  Their presence throbbed at me in an almost physical way, and my skin crawled desperately.  I didn’t dare turn around.  I couldn’t.  I just whirled my camera around, aimed it over my shoulder and snapped a picture – fast!  Then I leapt back into the car before whoever – or whatever – decided to grab me, and gasped:  “Get me out of here now!”

My boyfriend took one look at my white face filled with eye-popping terror and got me out of there now.  I didn’t stop shaking until we were safely back in our hotel room for the night.

When I loaded up the digital pictures on my laptop computer the next morning, I went immediately to the pictures of the Sachs Bridge, unsure of what I would see.  In the first photo, a little boy in period costume stood an arm's length away from the camera.  He was glaring at me with a twisted little face and an evil grin.  He certainly hadn’t been there when I took the picture, yet he looked solid enough to be real.  Then I went to the next photo – the one I took over my shoulder without turning around.  I gave a shriek of fear then which brought my boyfriend crashing into the room.  “What is it?” he shouted, and I pointed a shaking finger at the screen of the laptop.  Pictured on it was a filmy dark figure – half-human, half-beast – with blazing orange eyes filled with such menace and hatred that it made my stomach roil.  He appeared so close to the camera that he must have been directly behind me.  He looked like the Devil.

My boyfriend’s eyes popped and he gasped:  “Delete it.  Delete it now!”

Yet how could I delete it?  I had captured two pictures of ghosts on my camera.  Was it worth the fright I’d had?  I wasn’t sure about that.  Still, I couldn’t delete them.

My boyfriend refused blankly to look at the photos more than once, and he swore never to take me to Sachs Bridge again.  But I may go back there someday.
